In accordance with the lease agreement, RULES AND REGULATIONS, Tenants agree not to keep any pets in or about the Premises without the written permission of the Landlord. Tenants may submit a request in writing to the Landlord if they want to add a pet to the lease agreement. The Tenant is required to provide the Landlord with the pet’s information and the Veterinarian information so we can complete a Veterinarian’s Certification of Breed and Temperament, along with a copy of the Veterinarian’s records. Once completed by the Vet and approved by the Landlord an Addendum is prepared for the Tenants review, initials, and signatures.
The Lease provides that:

- The Landlord grants permission for the Tenant to maintain only the pet specified in the request.
- No pets shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance.

- This is a cat friendly only community. We do not accept dogs.
- No more than two cats are allowed per apartment home .
- The Tenant is to pay an additional $25.00 per month/ per cat in advance, which is due on the first of the month.
